Boulder Country Club

Ongoing consulting related to the creation of an overall master plan for this historic Press Maxwell Layout.  Scope includes an 18-hole course, a 9-hole, par-3 course, practice facilities, and a new putting course.  In 2023, we completed Phase 1 of the proposed improvements, including a new, 23,000 square foot putting green/putting course, new tees on holes 1 and 10, a new clubhouse cart staging area (including outside services structure) and associated landscaping.
